💡 OUR MISSION
At RockSmith Club, we work with remote and vulnerable communities to end illiteracy, hunger, and violence — using the healing and empowering power of love, grace, and music.
In Belém, Brazil — in a neighborhood once called Hell’s Inn — 12 children now study at the Escola Pequena Luz (Small Light Christian School) through our sponsorship. Once forgotten, they now shine like stars.
In Rockville, Maryland, we’re launching a local chapter to reach teens with free music education, mentorship, and a mission to use their talent for something bigger than themselves.
🧱 THE MODEL
🌍 GLOBAL: SPONSOR A CHILD FOR $135/MO
- $60: School tuition, books, uniform
- $20: Basic food basket (feeds 4)
- $20: Music education (guitar or bass lessons)
- $35: Shelter/rent for host family
All public donations go 100% to these costs — no admin or overhead fees.
🇺🇸 LOCAL: MUSIC AS OUTREACH
- Weekly free music lessons at FBCR
- Youth trained for annual Benefit Concert for Brazil
- Builds discipline, confidence, and purpose through play
- First U.S. student sponsored in 2025
🤝 THE PARTNERSHIP
We propose FBCR adds RockSmith Club to its official Missions list and partners with us in three ways:
1. Sponsor Children
FBCR is already sponsoring Mikael, an orphaned boy in Belém. Help us reach our goal of 12 children sponsored this year.
2. Grow Local Impact
Partner in offering free lessons to Rockville youth and co-host benefit events that raise funds and awareness.
3. Join “The Club”
This is our inner circle of visionary donors. They fund our operating expenses (U.S. + Brazil) so 100% of public donations go directly to mission.
