In the Community — Where Music Becomes Mission

Two worlds. One story. Rockville × Belém — the same song, the same battle, the same hope.

Our Story

“Where Is My Mind” — A Shared Battle

In Rockville, our teen band plugged in and played “Where Is My Mind”. In Belém, Brazil, children in the Tapanã neighborhood sat with guitars for the very first time — learning the same chords, the same song.

The distance is thousands of miles. The settings couldn’t be more different. Yet the song connects them. Because no matter where you live, the battle is for your mind.

And this battle can be won. Through music, doubts become dialogue. Pain becomes expression. Chaos becomes rhythm. What starts as a riff in Rockville becomes a lifeline in Belém.

Hope Unity Grace Resilience

When young musicians here and there play the same song, they prove something powerful: music is not bound by place, poverty, or pain. It is a bridge. It is resistance. And it is hope.

Rockville: Teens raise their instruments to voice the chaos and clarity of a generation.
Belém: Children in Tapanã discover the same song — and with it, a new way to fight despair with hope.
“No matter where you live, the battle is for your mind. And with music, this battle can be won.”

Global Impact Worker (GIW) is what we call every child you sponsor. Sponsored children “work” with our NGO—not as employees, but as student-ambassadors—committing to three pillars: school success, healthy character, and service to the community. In return for your support, they show up, learn, serve their community, and share their progress—turning generosity into visible change. Their job description is simple: shine a light into the darkness with Love, Grace and Music.

You can do anything to raise money
for our kids.

From lemonade stands to pop-up concerts, your creativity fuels real change. 100% of what you raise funds school, food, shelter, and music training.
