⛪ Music Is Missional — And Eternal

We teach music not just to build skill, but to form disciples.

Musicians in Scripture were warriors and prophets. Priests and poets.

They led armies into battle (2 Chronicles 20:21). They taught the people to remember truth (Deuteronomy 31:19–22). They rebuked kings. They glorified God.

In a world that’s noisy but empty, we are raising a new kind of musician — one whose sound is filled with meaning. Whose chords carry hope. Whose songs defy despair.

And we believe this:

Music is the only art form that came down from heaven and will return to eternity.

In Revelation, the final vision of heaven is filled with music:

“And they sang a new song before the throne…” (Revelation 14:3)

“The voice I heard was like harpists playing their harps.” (Revelation 14:2)

🙌 So What Is Our Theology of Music?

  • God is the first musician. We are His instruments.
  • Music is sacred — whether in the sanctuary or the street.
  • Children who play with honesty are closer to God than critics who do not play at all.
  • Music is a weapon against despair, a vessel for truth, a form of prayer.
  • The ultimate purpose of music is worship — not performance.
  • Music must move toward the good, the beautiful, and the true.

“The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer.”

(Psalm 18:2)

At Rocksmith Club, we say:

The God of Rock is the Rock of Our Salvation.

And through every song, we point back to Him.
