#### Position: Board of Directors Member

As a member of the Board of Directors, you will play a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction of Rocksmith Club. You will work closely with other board members and the executive team to ensure the organization’s sustainability and growth.

#### Responsibilities:

- **Strategic Planning:** Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
- **Governance:** Ensure that Rocksmith Club operates in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- **Fundraising:** Assist in developing and executing fundraising strategies to support our programs and initiatives.
- **Advocacy:** Promote Rocksmith Club’s mission and programs within the community and beyond.
- **Financial Oversight:** Review and approve the organization’s budget and financial statements.
- **Program Support:** Provide guidance and support for Rocksmith Club’s educational programs and events.
